Hi there..
m using Outlook Express 7 for sending bulk mails to my website members..
for which i have recently created a template in pure basic html with 5-6 images to make the template look better and few .gif buttons (all images are directed from photobucket which am using as image host)...
well prblem is i tested the template sending to few of my emails..
in Gmail account its perfectly displayed without any trouble.. but in Hotmail & Yahoo account i found all the images are shown as attchments???
can any1 explain why does it happen lik this? my images are on photobucket.com not on my pc than why does outlook express makes them as attchments?
is there any coding error?
as i get many templates emails from other companies etc they are never as attchments then why my templates images are shown as attchment??
Hopefully i get the reply for it from here... my email "shabbir000786@gmail.com"

Hi, when you view the email using Yahoo! mail and Hotmail, does it present an option that requires you view/display the blocked images?

Hi, have you also checked your security and anti-spam settings on Yahoo! and Hotmail to make sure they aren't configured to block images?

Hi,
When you created your HTML email using Outlook Express, did you add your images in the email using the Insert/Picture command from the top menu or did you create an HTML email template and just cut/paste it into Outlook Express?

Can you show us a sample of the actual HTML code that you used to display the image?

Hi, is there anywhere in your code the usage of 'MultiPartEmail class' or 'EmailAttachment'? 'EmailAttachment' will both download and attach any valid URL for non-local files.
