I just recently baught a cgi-bin directory on a server on freewebs.com
now they gave me the information needed to connect to the server....However when i try to connect its says that something is wrong. the hose is there but it wont let me physically connect.
its connecting to a specified folder on cgi.freewebs.com on port 8000. but i dont get it at all, im so confused as to HOW to even get connected to that location. I know how to edit sites but i mean....what could be the problem. I just need to know how to get connected to the server on port 8000 or where to put the server address or whatever. its getting to me so bad...anybody help? i will give u any information you may need too fix the problem. i think i am doing something wrong somewhere
