I got a problem, the template ive been working on my site is ok, nothing special but thing is once you get to any resolution higher than 1024x768 everything starts alligning itself

I would recommend you rewrite the template to become what is called "liquid" or "fluid". This means it scales to the current window resolution and fills the available space.
