Some web hosting companies will offer this service, but some do not. I know of one site, http://www.100keywords.com that will index the site on most major and some minor search engines for a price.

Don't bother paying for anything...You can submit your site to the search engines (google's, for example, can be done here, but even if you don't they will find it within a week or so and index it on their own.
