Make link to audio file on my web page.

I have web site for my community and I want to make link to audio file from forum page how can I do it. Audio file in my computer right now.

If your forum supports file attachments, you could just attach the audio file to your post.

Otherwise you'll need to find a free audio file host or host it on your website. After you've got it hosted, either use your forum's audio-specific BBCode (if it has one) to link the file, or the basic URL BBCode and do the same. If your forum supports HTML code, using the anchor tag does the same thing.

forum does not support html code so what easier way link to audio file thing i have uploaded those audio file to site and i have address.
If I put link that file people click that link audio start playing that is the way i want to link the audio.
Is there any program that insrting audio or video file in to it.

I believe you're going to need to create a custom BBCode on your forum. That way people will type in something like
[audio]URL to file[/audio]
and the forum will convert it into an audio player with HTML. It's likely someone developing or contributing to your forum software has already done that, so I'd look on their site. What forum software are you using? I'll look around too.
