First off I am totally new to this. I just started today!
I finally decieded to tinker around with a web server & writin html.
I got apache installed and workin also a couple practice pages with some web links & pics etc.
Is it possible to link a file or directory on my computer in html? I'd like to create a link someone could click and download the file from my computer.
If so how would I go about this? Do I need anything else besides apache for this?
Thanks
Chad
