Hi, depending your technical skill level, you might be able to learn it without ever having to purchase a book or take a class. Have you had any previous experience with web development tools or a prior version of Dreamweaver? If so, there are some free articles and tutorials available on Adobe.com that can get you started on creating your site. Just go to the Dreamweaver product page and scroll down to the section titled "Using Dreamweaver CS4." The help function available within Dreamweaver also has great step-by-step explanations.
