Is anyone familiar with Hosting Central's lamp web hosting? Does it come with cpanel/allow ssh?

I have no knowledge of Hosting Central, but when my previous web host disallowed SSH, I ended up (after several false starts) at HostGator.com.
Their packages start at $5/month for 350gb disk and 3000gb bandwidth. They allow SSH although you have to be approved and provide a drivers license copy. I have had no real problems in nearly a year and they were very quick to respond when I have had questions or the few problems.
