Comment: Suddenly, this keyword hypertext crap is EVERYWHERE!!! It's nopt specific sites, it's ALL sites! It's in my OS! Is it spyware? I can't find it!! How do I kill it??

Reply: (edit)Umm I don't seem to have it even here. I've just started using the full version of Kerio Firewall, which will remove it from the pages if you configure it strictly enough.

Reply: (edit)How to remove IntelliTXT ads: You can see an example of them here, they only work
in MSIE, so it would seem. They're the green links
that are double-underlined.

file named HOSTS, add the following to it: 0.0.0.0 itxt.vibrantmedia.com Now close and reload MSIE for the change to take
effect, visit the site again, and behold: No more
IntelliTXT ads. I would assume this works at any
site that uses them.

Reply: (edit)I updated my host file already, but it STILL comes up everywhere! Do i have to "activate" my host file or does IE automatically uses it? I already added "0.0.0.0 itxt.vibrantmedia.com" to my host file, and it still won't work... Right now i have: 127.0.0.1 localhost
0.0.0.0 itxt.vibrantmedia.com In my host file! THE GREEN THINGS ARE REALLY PISSING ME OFF!
i tried rebootin, didn't work!
any advice?
