on my site i have a javascript menu
but for some people, when they click on a link on the menu, nothin happens....
is their any settings i should play with when it comes to javascript menus...

Jamie,
It would be helpful if you proivided more information such as the URL and where the menu is located (I checked roamhosting.net and don't see any menu) or the code you are using. Without knowing how you implemented the menu, there's no way to provide any meaningful response. There are many, many reasons why the menu might not work. I could write several pages on possible causes without ever hitting on the one in your situation.

OK, here is what I found.
Even though you try to "protect" your pages, I was able to find the code in my cache. I particularly liked the line in the parent frame that states "any illegal downloading will result in automatic ISP notification". That's pretty funny considering that once anyone visits your site, they have already downloaded the code!
Anyway, as soon as I looged in I noticed that there was a javascript error which stated: Line 851, Char 1, Object Expected. Since your code is in bits and pieces I don't know where line 851 is.
Another thing I noticed was that in your function create_objects you have two if statements: if (agent.ie) & if (agent.ns). I don't know where you are setting those two values, but do you have a default set in case the user is using a browser that is not detected? The site worked fine for me in Firefox, so I doubt that is the problem.
The first issue (the JS error) may be causing this. In some instances browsers will disregard any more code in the JS once an error has occured.
I couldn't find the script with the function that is called when a user clicks one of those links, so there might be a problem in there as well.

im not too hot on javascript.... that menu i created with a program... so i doubt it would contain any errors...
if the links dont work for someone, then it doesnt work in any browser installed on their machine...
i was thinkin towards their active X settings, or something along those lines...

Are you running an activeX module? Are those menus built using JavaScript?
Like I said I DID receive a JavaScript error. Because of how you have coded your pages I cannot tell if the error is caused in the menu script or elsewhere, but there is an error.
