I am an ISP I want to make banners that appears in the client side when the client browses on the WEB,How to make this I want it a (closeable) banner like Yahoo! geocities banner please help me on this

I think there's no ready-made scripts for that. To accomplish it, first you need to force your clients to connect thru a proxy server controlled by you. In that proxy, you can do anything like adding banners.

I've used proxies which can 'remove' popup banners (so people behind me will see clean pages) but I don't know how to modify it to "show" the banners instead. That requires more than just a web markup/scripting language I guess.
