1) this is not an ASP page! (only one ASP include) Its an HTML page.

2)your hosting on a unix/linux/apache server and NOT windows!

3)IE is more forgiving in displaying include files (because ASP IS theirs!!)

so - either or - do your investigating on your hosting - Hope that points you in the right direction!

Remove "<%@LANGUAGE="JAVASCRIPT"
CODEPAGE="65001"%>" from your top of the page and
check.

And let me know its working or not.
