uh....not really a web development question. Anyway, unless you have a variable speed fan (do you?) it's already running at full speed. If you do have a variable speed fan, you can tweak or disable its speed settings in the BIOS. That what you needed?

Why do you want to increase the fan speed anyway? Is it to cool the CPU more?
