This webpage works in all modern browsers, but the innerhtml commands seem to write over themselves in IE 5.0 for mac. The page is http://www.cai-glac.org Any ideas?

Yeah, that the problem. I can't figure out what IE 5.0 for Mac OS is doing. Are you running OS 9?

I have never used the innerHTML property (on client side code, anyway.) The following page should give you an idea on workarounds:

Apple's take on using InnerHTML

Personally, I would have done it differently...I would have put each set of links in a DIV, and had the javascript simply change their "display" property from "block" to "none" or vice-versa when the corresponding option is clicked.

If you decide it's worth it to make the change and need more help, post back and I'll give an example. You seem to be pretty competent so I'll assume that you can take it from here.
