I just setup Xampp (Its a program that installs Apache with OpenSSL, PHP, MySQL, etc.) It comes with a default certificate for HTTPS. I visited my server using HTTPS and it says the certificate is expired. Thats fine, but does that affect anything? Everything is still encrypted, right? I don't care if it tells me over and over its expired, I just need to make sure it works.
