I'm looking for a program that will allow me to wrap my text in html so I can post a disciption of my apt. on craigslist.

Hi,

This will be full of trial and error as we don't know how much HTML is allowed in craigslist, but basically you can use ANY web authoring tool to create HTML pages easily, look into HTML code created, and pick only the required ones.

Some web authoring softwares are MS-Frontpage and NVU (opensource).

You can use those tools to create your text, look into the code view, and copy paste the code between the [body] and [/body] tag into craiglist's posting form, and see what happens.
