Hello, I have a site made for me which is hosted on Apache servers with cpanel. I have entered the usename/password details on Outlook so everything is fine. What I want now it to have web-based email i.e. to be able to read and send my emails without downloading them on my laptop (when I'm on the go). How can I do this? Thanks John
You likely setup your email accounts in Outlook with the POP3 protocol. Use IMAP instead. POP3 downloads the email from the mail server and then deletes it off the mail server. IMAP synchronizes Outlook to the mail server, so all the changes you do in Outlook reflect on the server. That way you can check your mail on other computers and see all your messages.
