There are a lot of websites that have free scripts you can copy and pase to your webpages. Just do a Google search for "Free Java Scripts" or what ever kind of script you need. Most of them will tell you how to install and edit them as well.

i very much doubt having your own domain name for free is possible in fact i dont think it is possible at all unless bought with a hosting package but there are cheap services available. my website uses a 1&1 .co.uk domain for only about £1.99 a year.
