Comment: I just got attacked by a trojan but my norton blocked it, it let me view info on it and it sayed it came from a computer with the Ip Address of bla.bla.bla.bl
I just wanted to know if there is a way to track that person.

Reply: (edit)You mean track where they go on the internet? No. Not unless you were to get their ISP to hand over the records or you were to send them a trojan that would track their movements and report it back to you. If you operate a website, you can track where they go on your website. And the fact that Norton said it came from a particular IP address doesn't mean a damn thing. That computer was probably infected with the trojan and then attempted to infect yours.
