How to make MP3 Link AutoStart up

i need a way to host a mp3 and an address so that when you click it, it automatically starts up, not the "open save cancel" screen. i have a bunch of sites i can host from, but what im trying to do wont work if it wont automatically start playing on click. thanx Asus A7N8X-X AMD XP 3200+ Corsair PC3200 1024 Geforce 6800 OC Thermaltake 480W
