I would appreciate if someone could advise how to do this effect, ie when you click to enter to another page, the webpage close with a circle:

I couldn't get that site to load, but I suspect what you are talking about are transition effects.

They ONLY work on Internet Explorer, and personally I find them cheesy. But to each his own.
