I tried to figure that out once and was not successful.

I looked thru my internet cache directories and found the .swf (flash) file, but could not find a player that would play the file.

I'll be interested to see if someone has a better answer for you.

Be sure to come back and let us know if our suggestions helped!

Shockwave flash player from macromedia.com.
Becomes a plug in for IE and the SWF files play in IE.

Sorry I was answering response one... you can save the SWF by right clicking the URL for it and saving the target as... an SWF file on your local drive.

Easy.

View the source of the page and find the source URL for the Flash file. It will be a standard HTTP URL ending in .swf.

Then, either make up a quick HTML page with a link to that URL or use a page like this one which will generate the links for you.

You can also use Firefox to save the file. Browse to the page with the Flash game you want, go to Tools > Page Info, then to the Media tab. Find the SWF file in the list and choose the Save As button.

Once you have the links you can just right-click them and Save Target As. Then, to play the file open it with your web browser.
