use a piece of software which can make gifs, Paint SHop Pro 7 has this included, animation shop its called

You can also use Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Fireworks, Gifmoviegear, Bannermaker Pro. There is much more software. Try a Google search with keywords: animated gif software. =)
