Change the colour #ebebfa to whatever colour you need where it appears and while your there you might want to think about getting rid of the page background and tidying up your html a bit. You seem to have two body tags and the stylesheet should be in the head of the document.
Is this a page you have designed or has someone else done it?

I like the Birds for a background but they are to distracting and make it hard to read your text. I used your image and made it much more lighter. Check it out here
