Comment:

I installed a hit counter on my site using frontpage. Everything has been fine for a year and then it decided to reset to zero. What do I do to set it at least near where it was? Frontpage has an option to reset counter to a specific number, but it doesn't work. Please help!!!

there are many other hit counters available on the net which you could use instead. i use a company called active meter who offer a great free service. also if you want something simple try a bravenet counter.
