Without seeing code, it's hard to say; in general, client side scripting (onclick) has to be enabled in the browser to work... if it (client side scripting) is, paste your source into a reply.

A VERY basic php form handler

   if(isset($_POST["cmd"]) && $_POST["cmd"] === "Send") {
      foreach($_POST as $key => $value)
         echo $key . " = " . $value . "<br />";
<form action="<?php echo $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"];?>" method="post">
Name: <input name="name" type="text" maxlength="20"><br />
Email: <input name="email" type="text" maxlength="80"><br />
<input name="cmd" value="Send" type="submit"><br />
