Hello

I see some webpages (and this Computing.net forums) have some words or phrases underlined (green underline) and when you move the mouse over it pops the 'baloon' spam.
How to disable this spamming ? (red arrows pointing the word underlined)

I just keep my mouse pointer away from them. The owner of any website has a right to pay the bills.
