Ok, I haven't had much luck finding a good web host. I've tried a ton of them and I have been dissappointed with them.

Now, there is this busy website similar to mine that it seems to be very stable for many years.

How can I know the web host they are using? I want to do this myself. Can you tell me the instructions please?

There's no way to know for sure, but you may check out their nameservers in a whois search.

There are several recommendations for web hosts in this forum. I use and have been very satisfied with hostforweb.com. Check out Webhostingtalk.com for more recommendations.

Good luck,
-SN

"you get what you pay for", although it's not always true, but if you've tried tons of host and none is satisfying maybe you don't throw enough dough :D

You can pay me a (very) small amount of money and I'll host your site on my home PC (beware!) :P

Your competitor could be in a dedicated hosting, with power server and BIG bandwidth. That'll cost hundreds per month.
