I don't really understand your question, do you want a guestbook that is not available to the public?

I have written a free guest book script you can use. The only thing is: you need a server with PHP scripting.

http://www.james-greenwood.co.uk/scripts/guestbook/

If you need any further help apart from what's on that page, don't hesitate to e-mail me. If you need help actually uploading it or getting it working, I can help you with that too.

Also, if you don't have web space with PHP, check out http://www.spikehost.net/.

An alternative, if you don't have php is this
simple perl guestbook
that I wrote a while ago. If you have a cgi-bin on your server you most likely can use it.
