Now days there are many tools launched by numbers of company which predict a google page rank. I checked various websites and my personal blog on these tools but all tools showing growth from low page rank to high page rank. Well should I consider them as a exact page rank in future google update.

Unless they are privy to the most sensitive Google information i doubt they can accurately predict what position your website will be once it gets found as it depends on so many different things.
