I installed the Cerberus FTP server, I can log in and all, but when I try downloading a file, I can do it, but the file appears damaged (it's empty, with 0kb).

Try Fastream NetFile ftp server v7.4
Its freeware and very powerful. The professional registration version can do bandwidth limits on users and quotas too.

I use it all the time and all files come down fine.
