FTP port opening

Guys Im creating an FTP site and I dont want to use th standard 20-21 port when I open the other ports that I choose... do I have to open 2, ie port 20 is data sync I think and 21 is FTP itself, will I have to open port 4567 and 4568?

Try reading the documentation that came with your FTP server software. I'd be surprised if it doesn't address this issue.
