frontpage forum problems

Hi all, i made a small forum with frontpage using "web discusion wizard" i uploaded it , but if i upload using frintpage extension it says: that i need frontpage extension , and they are not installed" although i know they are installed, so i continues the upload .. and it worked fine , wheni try to post an articale it says : that frontpage extension is not installed ... although iam sure it is installed .. so , i reiploaded using cute ftp ... it uploaded fine , but same problem when trying to post: the forum is at : http://www.lala-bekaa.com/myweb5/ this problem is bugging me alot wish anyone of you guys can help me.. knowing that my host tryed helping me , but it didn't work fine.. thanks alot guys for trying to help truly yours

Frontpage extensions need to be installed and enabled on the web server. Contact the web host to see if this is possible.

isn't it possible to install frontpage extesnsons by myself on a free non-frontpage extension website, without the administrative previliges. I mean will it work if i only copy the files needed.
