Frontpage 2003 or Dreamweaver CS4 for newbie?

Specs: Windows XP
I have decent skills, just made a template page with frontpage and uloaded to my host in under 2 hours - but am not savvy at tweaking/customizing a site yet. I pllan to have an interactive blog type site along with a more complex classified ad site that users can post ads and pictures and pay fees.

If I keep going, can frontpage handle the tasks or is dreamweaver a better choice?
frontpage is in my computer=free, dreamweaver alone is 300 bucks, i can buy a classified ad template program for 250 bucks ready to use - but requires customizing by either program. I see the biggest new feature to dreamweaver cs4 is "live view" which my frontpage 2003 already opens my browser for live view and lets me work with code at the same time...Web builders - which do you suggest and why?

Hi, Dreamweaver is a much better website development tool. Based on my experience, Frontpage's formatting is not as good as Dreamweaver for website development. Formatting is one of the most time-consuming tasks in website design. Dreamweaver may cost more than a free tool, but it will save you money on the time that you spend developing your site.
