I've download an advanced guestbook from the Cpanel and it is on the host site server. How do I get it to put it on the website. I can't find in the host or the cpanel tutorial how to do this. It's takes them 3 days in the ticket system to answer and it's never a resolution.

Not knowing what CGI script you have giving an exact answer is pretty difficult but generally a CGI script is used to process some sort of data input by the user through use of a form.
