free web site hacked

My web site has been violated with a nasty little message. http://free.hostdepartment.com/l/ljudeyoung. this same nasty little file also loads when I try to view a second html page, a text file and or the .doc word file on this server. what gives?? how do i fix?? >>

When I view that site, I see a directory listing and the following three files are empty:
LeonardYoung.doc LeonardYoung.txt resume.html
When I click any of those three docs, I see a few garbage characters and small text about free webhost.
Hopefully you saved those files off server, because you need to replace them.

I tried that. I just reloaded the home page as index.html just in case someone read this post and checked. it wasn't loaded when you checked. I have tried deleting and reloading all of the pages to no effect.
