Hi, I want to put a nice looking forum on my site with smileys and as many features as poss, my host, streamline.net, will only include databases such as MySQL for a large fee and I am keen to avoid this (incidently, is it normal to have to pay so much for MySQL on your webspace??)
What I want is a forum script that does not need these databases. Any ideas? So far, tiny tpf forum http://www.ralpharama.co.uk/tpf/ seems the best but is a little simplistic.
