form problem

CPU/Ram: Pentium 4 - 2.4Ghz, 512MB

for some reason when i create a form it automatically adds a paragraph space udnerneath the last object in the form

anyway around this...

well ive took out the <form> tags for now because it messes up the page

but the page i am working on is shown below

forms = member area + site comments
