Hi, sounds like you made the purchases online. If so, you probably paid via a credit card and have a record of the service provider if you look back on your payment records. Once you know the service provider, you can either contact them online or via the phone for your full account information after you pass their security-check questions.

check the name on register.com -- do a whois lookup on your domain name, it will tell you who it is with
