When i make menus or interactive movies for my website in flash and open it It asks for one click to be activated for use. can it be avoided.

No, that is a security feature that was added to IE on a patch a while back. You shouldn't see that behavior in other browsers.

I think I do remember seeing some information about a workaround. But, if I recall correctly it was a bit involved.

Personally, I never use flash menus.
