Yes, Ill let my secret out! Lol.

On the page of the .swf file, get the source (View > Source) or right click and do View Source.

HTML Code should open in Notepad or somewhat.

Now find something like this:

<embed src="/folder/xx.swf" quality="high" WIDTH="xx" HEIGHT="xx" TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash" PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer">

Now, copy and paste the text in the src="" area onto the page. So say the site is cool.com, and the page is index.php it would show as:

http://www.cool.com/index.php

now replace the index.php with folder/xx.swf so it becomes:

http://www.cool.com/folder/xx.swf

and load that up, see if the flash comes up. if it does thats great. now get into your favourite html editor, and create a link to that flash. e.g.

hi

and now right click that link and go to save as, and your saving that file to your hard drive! voila!

e-mail me if there are problems/confusion! haha
