HOW DO I STOP A FLASH FROM REPEATING, AND FADE OUT FROM THE MUSIC???!!!!
It just keeps playing over and over, and playing the music like 5 times at the same time. i need it to fade out, i cant seem to work the fade out command? any help would be great!!!

Well to stop it repeating simply add the stop(); command to the last frame's actionscript box.

Taunet's right about stopping the animation.

The music part - you have the sound's Sync property set to Event so it's playing over itself. Set the Sync of the sound to either Start (so it doesn't play over itself), or to Stream so it syncs with the animation. You can also set the sound to fade out by selecting Fade Out from the Effect's drop-down, depending on your version of Flash.
