Comment:

I recently opened up Dreamweaver CS3 and all of the files in my File Explorer region (bottom right) are no longer in alphabetical order.

I've never had this happen before and I can't seem to find a method for ordering the files and it's getting difficult to find the files I need to edit. I've used Dreamweaver for years and the files have always appeared in Alphabetical order.

Does any one know a fix for this?

Have you tried left clicking on the header bar that says, "Local Files"?

Normally, doing so orders the list by that column.
