I think if you set the font by using css, in pixels, then it wont be 'resizeable' anymore - in some browser :)
I dont think there's a way to perfectly disable font resizing for all browsers...

Exactly, set the font sizes in the CSS. However, consider this, before you do. Those with a visual impairment may not thank you for preventing them adjusting the font to suit their disability. That's a lot of lost visitors, as they are unlikely to visit again, or recommend your site to others.
You could shrug and say "why should I care", but I prefer to take the compassionate view of their limitations, and set my own fonts as percentages in the CSS, to enable the site to be totally browser adjustable so it empowers the viewing experience of the widest possible audience.

Thank you, though it is nothing unique or original. I simply design my site to be both W3C and Bobby compliant. I also checked the colour scheme, which to most may look pale and insipid, but is colour blindness tolerant, as it passes all three tests at this site.
Far too often we see those with disability being sidelined in real life, for no better reason than other people and businesses cannot be bothered to make adaptations to accommodate their special needs.
There is no valid reason to discriminate or exclude these groups online, when the tools are there to treat everyone equally.
