Hi,
Lets see if someone can help. We have a system that shares radiology imagery, but when acessing these files remotely, the p[rocessing time is unacceptable. The file format is DICOM.
Can someone suggest how i can overcome this problem. We have triewd using up to 4096 kbps download / 512kbps upload, but the processing time is not great. Cannot get SDSL yet, so thats out of the question.

There's not enough information here. How, exactly, are you sharing the files? Are you using an application, a web page, FTP, or what? How big are these files?
Because these are images used for medical purposes, this may not be an option, but a possibility would be to convert the images into a lower resolution/compressed format.
