Dear Sir,

Would you give me some suggestion
regarding deleting the inactive file in the temp folder which contains the rpt file created during running the crystal report in asp.net. Due to overloading of the file when the user sign out without pressing the close button which contains the code in asp.net including the closing and disposing of the report document I need to reset IIS frequently. Please give me some idea to overcome this issue.
