Just curious. Every time I reboot my computer, I have to go and manually start the default website in IIS admin. I checked Services and I don't see anything related to that other than the IIS admin itself. Does anyone know what the service might be called? Or is it something else? Thanks.

It sounds as if you have to ftp your site to a host. I use Smartftp, which is free to upload your website on the server-side. You may be doing it currently on the client-side. Make sure your initial page is called index.htm or it will not work.
