Hi,

Is it necessary to declare the Doctype???

(<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-frameset.dtd">)

I am not a programer, and need to have my site evaluated.

Check it out and please advise me, good or bad.

thanks

if you want it to be a valid xhtml page yes.

if you just want a simple html page then no

Money not an issue?
Where do you live and when are you not home?
I'm not gonna rob you, I'm just gonna steal some stuff
