This isn't a web dev problem.
A friend of mine asked me why some images on the internet didn't show up. He sent me some print screens of different websites and I noticed that not only was the some images not working, but the whole CSS formatted things were not rendered...As if CSS on his machine was disabled somehow..!?
Firts of, is it possible to disable CSS on our computer? If so how? And what could be the problem on my friend's computer?
Important here: I'm not asking how to disable CSS via some Javascript coding. It's a purely client-side problem, some computer configuration/bug he has. Even a simple page like Google's first page was not rendered correctly.
I'm no beginner in web, having 7 years of dev experience. The prob was still there after defaulting the IE settings, prob was still there after a IE resinstall, and prob was still there after a Spybot scan and cleanup...

Wow... 1 week+ for an answer, and that's what I get? Cleaning the cache??
... What's the use of mentionning I have 7 years of webdev...
Cache is the first thing I did, didn't find it worth mentionning...
