Hi all,

I am trying to create a website and I have decided to use frames, but nut using the frame tag but I want to use CSS to create the frames.

I have read many online tutorials on how to create a CSS based frame and they are looking pretty good and they stick in one place even while scrolling the page.

But there is one thing that bothers me, like in the frames tag, we can actually use the src code to make a link open in the target window, I am not able to do the same.

I tried to link the a file and even an external website and tried to open in the target content window, yet it keeps opening in another window.

I need to know is it possible to link between CSS based frames like the actual frame does or I will have to quit thinking about CSS frames.

Your reply on the above question will be highly appreciated.
